Returns & Exchanges

At Local Tree Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a similar eco-friendly package.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our nursery, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
